Country Style Donuts - Hanover Park

I've tried and tried to give this place my business. But every time. While using the drive thru. I get not what I ordered! Happened again today. The first time I was told you don't have what I wanted. Then the second time I'm told you only sell it on the weekend. Then I'm told that your sold out. Know today it's the old switch aru. I ordered two donuts, you got it half right. The only reason you got two stars. Is because even though the service is terrible. The donuts, even the wrong ones I got today, are good! It's just disappointing not getting what you wanted!

10 times better than Dunkin or any store bought donuts. Almost didn't go in, didn't think they were open. 1 car in the parking lot and an open sign but glad i did.

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant and I tried their paczkis - they were the best I've ever had! I was really impressed and will definitely be back soon to try their doughnuts.

The restaurant is not open 24 hours. Some friends from out of town wanted to make a late-night stop, so we decided to try Country Style Donuts. Unfortunately, they were closed despite advertising as being open 24 hours. Disappointing false advertising.

The doughnuts at this restaurant are always delicious, but the service is inconsistent. This morning, the lady working had a white hat and headset and seemed to lack appropriate customer service skills. She focused more on correcting customers on doughnut names rather than efficiently serving them. This resulted in a frustrating experience for me and my kids. Additionally, when customers order a dozen doughnuts, it would be helpful if the staff could grab them as requested instead of constantly correcting and confusing customers. This kind of service not only hinders the customer experience but also creates unnecessary frustration. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed with the subpar service.
