Contribuer aux commentairesWalked in to place a counter order. There were several people in line ahead of me and none of the counter associates acknowledged the waiting guests. There were also several people waiting in the restaurant for the orders they already placed. All of the staff were making sandwiches and not acknowledging the growing line. I asked one gentleman behind the counter if they were taking walk in orders. He said they were but they were backed up with catering orders. When he asked my order, a staff member informed him there were several other walk in orders ahead of mine they had not fulfilled yet. Since the entire staff was occupied with catering orders, I asked if they could have one team member focus on walk in orders. I was told that was not possible since they were so backed up with catering orders and the staff only had the line one to work on since it is a small store. I left without an order, as did several other customers. The party in front of me had been waiting for 45 minutes. Terrible management and customer service.

They cut you on the meat supposed to weigh it but they try not to do that and saw them put it on a scale but the scale wasn't plugged in. Kind of

Missing peppers,onions, jalapeños. Was assured everything was on my 16.25 sub .
