Contribuer aux commentairesCasey's in Harrisburg used to offer the best pizza, but during my last two visits, the pizza was undercooked. I’m wondering if there’s an issue with the oven or if the cooking is just not up to par.
I had a frustrating experience with my pizza order. When I noticed that my pizza was messed up, I asked if they could deliver a new one. They initially agreed but then mentioned a $2 charge. After that, they said they don't actually offer delivery. I went in to discuss it, and the manager argued with me instead of helping. The customer service was very disappointing. It's just a pizza, and I expected them to take responsibility for their mistake.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in during a busy time just trying to grab some snacks and get on the road when Georgia snapped at me for requesting cash back. It seemed like she was too uninterested to do her job properly. When I asked the manager if this behavior was acceptable, they mentioned that finding help was difficult and that they just needed someone to fill the position. Clearly, they don't care that it's the customers who are paying their bills. What a disappointing team.
If they have more than 10 pizzas orders then they won't answer their phones.they have done this to me at least 6 times. tonight I walked in with my phone in my hand ringing their number and asked the cashier what was wrong with their phone..he replied thatthey were very busy...when I walked in there I was the only one in there and one person at the pumps. VERY BAD CUSTOMERSEViCE................
I'm here early to pick up a pizza order, and I have to say that I have been treated very poorly.
