Domino's Pizza - Harrisburg

If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered our food at 6:36 pm and was told it will be there by 7:26pm did not get a phone call or anything, so i called and was told if i come pick up my order of 70.00 worth of food on my own they will take the 4.00 delivery charge off, if not i would have to wait because there is still 10 orders needing to be sent out. I was so pissed i have a very picky autistic child who eat pizza almost every day and had to deal with this. I will never order from them again. I get pizza from them on the regular and this is the second time i had an issue like this but this time it was worst and the food was cold and incorrect. Night Manager Michael was rude when i asked how long it would be, he said well you can cancel you order and get your money back with an attitude.

That crew you have working right now is your A team. I order Dominos often for pizza and this order was off the chain.Pairs very well with my beer.

My husband this past Wednesday order a pizza and wings online. He got approval that the order was sent. It gave him a time of 6:45 to pick up the pizza. He gets there and they don't have the order. So they asked him what he ordered and they told him it would be ready in a half an hour. He goes back and they don't have his order. Nobody there asked him if he wanted another pizza. So my husband left. We deserve a free pizza and wings. I'll NEVER go to Dominos again!!!

Food was great and hot (delivered punctually), so great work from the team at the store. Unfortunately, took over two hours. I wish the online ordering system would warn me if the store was completely booked.
