J&J CupBop - Harrison Hot Springs

Not sure where all the reviews come from. The chips are great so they know how to cook. But the fish is really thin. There were three pieces of fish over the chips but they were so thin I could barely see the fish. It was mostly bread covering. Flavor was a bit bland too. Next time I'll try the teriyaki. It looks much better.

Always like a great surprise, so ordering Fish and chips from the side of the road you may not have high expectations.ordered enough for the family, the fish was fresh, batter was light and crunchy, fries were double fried crunchy as well.As for the portions...yeah better than expected there too.All that and the service was fast and not too priceySo if in Harrison, and looking for a quick meal give J&J a tryPs they advertise teriyaki but have not had a chance yet...to be cont...

We were very happy to find this place to eat!Food is delicious! Have eaten here only twice but now planning to come here for at least twice a day for the rest of our vacation!We tried teriyaki chicken and beef and fish &chips, and soup; all of it was perfectly tasty. I visited on Monday looking for lunch I could take away and sit by the lake with. I'm so glad I stopped at June and John's place. The generous helping of fish and chips tasted great and kept me satisfied until late in the day. The staff were so friendly offering me water whilst I waited and a complimentary chocolate for dessert. When I asked for ketchup and hotsauce they were very happy to oblige. I'd definately visit again!
