Contribuer aux commentairesWe stayed 3 nights, Caroline, Gareth, the staff are all helpful accommodating, the breakfasts we had were substantial, our room was very clean, the overall price was well worth it. The Barn Guest house is also dog friendly....we really enjoyed our stay, will go back again. Hutton Le Hole is a lovely village, the village pub is only 4 mins walk away.. The village is also close enough for such places as Goathland, Pickering, Whitby. Would recommend The Barn Guest House to anyone.
I stayed there with my friend for the weekend nothing was too much trouble at all. I had trouble with my car and the owner was happy to help me with it. The breakfast is fantastic from fresh and yoghurt to the full English. The room was lovely everything that you need to hand if we needed anything off the tray replaced we were told to leave it outside our door and they would refill it. There was hand sanitizer everywhere and Covid-19 rules were followed. This is the second time we have stayed here and hopefully we will back next year.
Recently visited the barn as guests for the first time and it was fabulous from the moment we arrived felt so chilled and relaxed all measures in place lots of sanitizers and room was cleaned and aired for several hours anything needed replenishing just had to ask and was left outside room for us nothing was ever a bother always helping and thoughtful through out the 4 days we stayed good was lush and cakes are to die for that good we staying again in a weeks time and even booked my mum in who’s nearly 70 and I know she will be safe and well looked after. We would recommend this guesthouse and tea room to anyone looking for a quiet getaway after coming out of lockdown.
Just returned from a one night stay. Very comfortable, lovely breakfast, lovely owners who made us feel very welcome and a plus for us very dog friendly. Would return.
I stayed at this tearoom on the last weekend of October and it didn’t disappoint! Had a lovely room with a heater that kept me very warm (especially as it was really cold there)! The guest house and tea room was a lovely building in a nice area, it was remote but still plenty to do. The food was gorgeous and thoroughly enjoyed my meals there. But the best part was the owners, absolutely pleasant people who made me feel very welcome and were very helpful during my time there. Will definitely return in the future!
