Mcdonald's Restaurants - Hartlepool

Very disappointed!! No option to click on no show?? Quite confused really! Had to cancel my order so will be getting a refund!! Not good at all and definitely not professional! May not be McDonald's fault as I used to work for Costa so know how Just Eat and Uber Eats are but it still wouldn't surprise me knowing what I know about the place

I ordered a double mc chicken burger and I got a double cheeseburger there has been afew occasions this has happened just shocking staff clearly don’t even look what you have

The venue is spotless, toilets immaculate service is good, food is good. however only thing that has spoilt it is this just eat fad, they take priority over customers in store it's pure laziness of the person that requires a delivery, get your backsides down to the venue and order and wait like everyone else.

The food was fresh but the best bit was the lovely young lad who handed me the meals in the drive thtough he had longish hair great service makes all the difference

Staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help me with using points on my app. Top marks!
