Contribuer aux commentairesNot a good day for this location. I went to drive through ordering and ordered a coffee frosty. When i got to window i was hand a melted coffee frosty. I told the young lady. She did say sorry we are really busy so i politely said ya, i guess when its this busy you may not want to make the drinks so quickly. They will either be melted or watered down. She agreed. So i didn't want to hold her up any longer you can see she is overwhelmed. I just went back around and paid for a second one. Which was melted again when the same young lady handed it to me, i said i just paid for a second one to avoid holding you up with complaints and your still giving me a melted frosty. I drove away a bit upset. Really was craving this drink (they are delicious). My problem is not with her or how ling i waited. My problem is with Julio the hospitality manager. He basically said this is how we make them and ill give you one free one if you come back. Dude! Obviously im not worried about getting something free i just paid twice. I was just saying maybe think about how your making the drinks and i don't know maybe apologize for the customers inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I am still kind of in shock by how i paid twice didn't make a huge deal because i know they are overwhelmed and i am still left feeling not heard by the hospitality manager. If this is his best hospitality then you guys can expect some issues with people who aren't as passive as i am.
During my experience at the drive-thru, the staff seemed distracted and unable to focus. The girls were talking over one another so much that I had to repeat my order multiple times. It felt like their conversations inside were their priority, and they were just laughing among themselves.
They forgot to include the chicken sandwich in my bag when I ordered at the drive-thru. I didn't realize it until I got home.
I rated the food five stars simply because I'm comparing it to other fast food options, not Michelin-star establishments. It's definitely the Lord's chicken!
This is a very efficiently run location. Drive thru order takers are fast and accurate, employees at the window are friendly no matter what time of day I visit, and my order is always right. (There is almost no other fast food place in the area that consistently gets orders correct. When I pull up to the drive thru, my order is almost taken immediately and I accelerate up quickly. They hustle in this store. Employees seem happy working here, which is a reflection of solid leadership in the store. 10/10 for this location.
