At 8:50 they said that the kitchen is closed. So he went and made an online order. And lo and behold he went to go pick it up and asked why they wouldn’t take his order over the phone but took the online order? Lmao. This location sucks. Their service is terrible. Their attitude is terrible. The way they make the food is terrible. Don’t go here.
I ordered 6 hot wings at 8pm last night by 4am this morning I was in the Emergency Room for food poisoning. I had to have my stomach pumped. And a huge ambulance bill. I was to weak to drive. I really suffered I have never felt this horrible in my life. I had chills and I was sweating at the same time. Dizziness and nauseated, weak, and fatigued like never before. Never again.
Just disappointed at how the deep dish was made and cut this time.
Not so long ago I ordered a regular pepperoni Pizza got a thin crust pizza. I called the store to get credit or a refund. And Christian credit me back for the next time I come in. He didn’t clarify anything but to bring up his name next time I come in and “the staff will know”. Of course when I come in and thankfully I kept my receipt. Because it’s been just about a month and this short Hispanic guy with curly hair had an attitude. He appeared confused, frustrated, impatient and rude. I explained the situation to him and he did give me a pizza. But the pizza I got had already been sitting for a while. (I know because I was a manager at a pizzeria). He told me “When this happens again I ask for you to come within the month”. I get it because that makes sense, however, Christian failed to inform me how this goes about even when I asked him myself about it. So I told him to please let Christian know about it too but he completely ignored me like if I was in the wrong. Please educate your staff on how to credit properly and how to speak to customers.
I 've been coming to this location ever since they opened and I 've had very few problems with them and they were resolved everytime. Only a couple of my orders in the past have been incorrect, but again, the issues were always resolved, and I understand that mistakes happen.I love the pizza here! It 's a great alternative to the Chicago style deep dish pizza (which I 'm not a fan of) that is sold at every other pizza joint in the area. They have a lot of options and you can customize your pizza like getting it baked well done and having light sauce. (I wish they had an option for no tomato sauce and oil in place of sauce though!)They hire a lot of teenagers, but I 've never had an issue with any of the kids that work here. They are always very polite, respectful and understanding when I come in for my food.I will continue to be a regular customer at this place! Thank you to everyone at the Harwood Heights Little Ceasars!
