Contribuer aux commentairesWe have come to this Baskin Robins and it has been the 4th time and they always come up with a different excuse each time not to make milk shakes by lying to the customers and they have a poor service. I would not recommend going to this place.
Worst customer service ever waited 5 minutes in line never greeted and once helped I was told to wait a few minutes more for the manager whom never came out, ended up leaving. And not to mention how disgusting this store is, a dirty napkin in the ice cream. Ice cream looks not fresh at all, countertop is filled with garbage, stains. Definitely won’t return, save your time and money !
The place is gross. I went to get ice cream and the ice cream tubs were not placed properly. Two of them looked like they were just thrown back in the freezer and most looked nearly empty. They weren’t any labels at all so, I didn’t even know the flavors to some. The front glass to the ice cream display was dirty and had finger prints all over. You know the store was basically empty. It doesn’t take that much to wipe down the surfaces.
Let me start by saying, what WOULD 'VE been a 1/2 star Review, but actually turned out to be a 5 Star Review.(WAIT ... FOR ... IT) My wife and I stopped by this location with our kids (2 teens) a little after 8pm, on a Sunday night. We went in, and STRIKE ONE, they didn 't have any Orange, of anything, so our daughter opted out of any other flavor. My son got his chocolate-mint, (Okay) and my wife got a pint of Strawberry-cheesecake ice cream. After driving away, my wife opened her pint and STRIKE TWO, about 1/5 was missing off the top. She thought, hmmm, maybe it was a factory mishap. But then STRIKE THREE, there was Freezer burn over the top, and the rest was like a brick. (WAIT ... FOR ... IT) At this point, we 've driven about 15 minutes away, and we had to drop the kids off, before heading back to hopefully make an exchange before they closed. We made it back, and explained the situation. HERE 'S WHERE THE STORE 'S STRIKE OUT turns for the better. Both employees on duty (Gabe Madeline) were Super Amazing. They were completely understanding, and said we can exchange the pint for a new one. After realizing they didn 't have another of the same flavor, Madeline double checked the refrigerator, while Gabe went to the back to check their supply. Unfortunately, none was found. Next, they told her she could select another flavor if she wanted, and would throw in some extra for the inconvenience. Both Gabe Madeline continued to not only be professional in their performance, but genuinely went above and beyond to compensate for our inconvenience. The Service they provided us took what normally would 've been a bad experience, and turned it into a 5 Star fixer-upper. Their Customer Service skills were TOP NOTCH. As a current Manager for the MTA-NYCT, who Manages a Customer Service Support Center, I know how important Excellent Customer Service is. Gabe Madeline are Rare Jewels. Who ever hired them should give them a Raise. Those two are Keepers. We 'll definitely go back and recommend this location.
Both girls did not know how to do their job it was $1.50 scoop day and they made a fool of themselves.
