I wanted to place my order ahead of time (which I have been able to do at other locations) so I would not wait during my lunch break since it is very limited. Rude male manager who answered phone refused to take my order and told me they do not do phone orders. He also told me either I come in and get my food or no food for me at all then HANGS UP on me. Called again to ask for name and he mumbled something which I couldn't understand and hung up again. Called again but never got an answer. I had no problem coming in if that was the case for my food but the service was horrible and the way they handle it. FIND MEW MANAGEMENT THESE PEOPLE MAKE THIS STORE ****. Came on Yelp and was not surprised to see the amount of 1 star rating reviews they received.
Back in the day, this was the spot. I use to go here so often, after middle school, high school, college, work, gym, etc. It would be annoying to hear the, Any chips, any drinks? But I tolerated it, now Subway has gone downhill, and this place is sadly no exception. I hope one day I can revoke my review, but for right now it stands.
I wish I could leave 0 stars !! I'm a general manager at a food chain my self and when I tell you i experienced the worse customer service of my life , I DID . Coming into the restaurant I did not feel welcome to begin with ! I asked for her name since she claimed to be the gm but , what was crazy to me was that me and my husband were debating who was gna pay the meal so we were going back and forth switching cash and card , why TF DOES Ashe snatch the cash from my husbands hand !??? I told her why tf would you do that , you leaned over the counter and took it from his hand !? She claims because we cannot leave without paying , like **** do you not see my card in hand as well , I know I'm not the only couple who goes back and forth on wanting to pay this time ! I was so upset she snatched it from my husbands hand ! Told her to give it back cus I was gna pay it with card and she refuses !!!! Her names was SUE , SHU , something like that , and Arabian lady in her late 50s . If you are not happy with your job , find a new one ! Don't go bring that energy to a workplace . I tried complaining through corporate witch she also refused to give me a number too , so I tried complaining online . Y'all need to do better , because by the looks of these views , this business is down bad !
I just ordered a tuna sandwich and the girl serving me was skimpy w the veggies, I mean 4 cucumbers on my footlong.. c'mon, and she overflowed my sandwich with oil and vinegar when I asked for light... my bread was soggy and I honestly couldn't even enjoy the food I payed for. This was my first time at this location and I won't be returning, do not recommend visiting this location.
The owner is manipulative and corrupt. I ordered a turkey with egg on flatbread and added avocado, but after he charged my card and I looked at the receipt , he charged me $21 for a foot-long, which is totally ridiculous. He said he had to charge me extra for the turkey, but other Subway's just substitute it with the ham and egg on the register. I told him I will never come to your Subway again.
