This is the best cafe I think I've ever visited. The quality of the locally produced food was superb, excellent coffee and wonderful cakes. And the owner and staff were very welcoming and helpful too. Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Known of this place for many years and decided to try it. Notices around to ensure you don't miss the step which runs down (near) one side of the restaurant/cafe. Despite the notices, I consider it and health and safety issue. My husband had a slice of sponge which looked dried to me, he said it was okay (to use of the word nice). We had a coffee each is small class mugs. Coffee not filled to the top but the froth over ran the mugs, spilling down the side and over the tray. It tasted okay but have had better. Don't think we'll bother going back.
