For 10 years I have my Saturday memories, yet they believe the best Japanese nude in sydney! Many others have come back here.
Not as beautiful in the inner as the market st twog but the rich pig soup is just as good. I could have nothing but noodles in the suppe and enjoy, but they pack much more in, contain thick slices of delicate pork, so it is. better value than most competitive as well as some of the best rams in sydney.
I often come to this restaurant for lunch since it's conveniently located near my workplace. The midday combo deal offers good value for money and generous portions. The ramen is also incredibly delicious.
This ramen bar must have relocated from Haymarket as we found them in Market St as we stepped out of our hotel. It was still early and we were the 1st customers, and all we wanted was a bowl of ramen. The proof of the...quality of the dish is in the stock and as soon as we had our first spoonful, we knew we were on the right track. The stock was rich and flavourful, the noodles had a spring to them and the toppings were well prepared. Would have loved more of the char siu pork as they were delicious. The noodle bar is tucked away in a corner of Kent and Market streets with nothing much around so it's likely only those who were past patrons and people who work locally would know about it. However, if you're in the vicinity, this is worth checking out for anyone who appreciates good ramen.
