Best pupusa in all the contrary love it recommended who takes my word for it?

Don’t order online! They do have a website but not all staff know how to process order. We ordered and paid online and when it was time to pick up our order we were told that the lady who does the online orders wasn’t there. When we told them we had already paid they said we had to wait for that lady to come in order to talk to her. They need to be Better organized or just not have the online option.

Food is good no doubt....(but the place smells like old rags....need to spray something to curb the odor)

This place used to be pretty decent, but now they are just horrible! The papusas are nasty, I like the rice ones, the texture felt like my sandal. Not only did it feel like rubber but it has no flavor, I couldn't even take a bit of it. We also ordered the Yuca frita and Chicharron, don't get me started! Two weeks ago I got Two small pieces of meat and stail Yuca. I wanted to return it but we had taken take out to my brothers house in the north bay. Yesterday, When we ordered it Nothing, not even one piece of meat. The Yuca again was stale and old, the taste was just nasty. I ended up just tossing it out. The salsa, tasted like sour tomato sauce, nothing like salsa. This place just doesn't care about the food like other restaurants. I called to let them know about my order, and the lady just seemed nonchalant about the whole situation. We order out Salvadorian food at least 4 times a month, we have a pretty big family and let me tell you NEVER AGAIN! if your looking for pretty good Salvadorian food try Las Cabanas in Hayward, or drive to San Leandro at Las Pacitas they are my favorite Papusas) Not waist your time or money on this place. ?

Skip this place. Skip this place.Don't order online either.....They allow orders to through MenuStar an online ordering system you can pay through. Apparently the restaurant and this online space don't talk, and the orders never get put through. Secondly, the money is STILL CHARGED and then you have to dispute the charges with your CC company.Why would any business want to work this way? They gave me the option of waiting another 30 minutes (and then pay for the food a second time) so that I could have something to eat lol how gracious of them to charge me twice for the same food. Screw you.This place is already slow, the service sucks, and the lady literally walked away from me when I told her I wanted to dispute the charge and not wait for my food. Strong work, keep losing people....
