Definitely has gone downhill. The staff is a bunch of punk kids there. All rude, can't get an order right, and they just don't seem to care. It's a pain parking, but I'll use the DD in Aberdeen Shoprite now. The gentleman there is very kind, and my order is always correct.
This Dunkin has gone down hill since Ida and Anthony left management. That means ever since covid this place can’t seem to get its self organised and all around together. They always seem to run out of straws or flavours , Cups, food, etc. I mean It’s seems like everyday or ever other day they don’t have enough. I go to Matawan Dunkin and it’s 24 hours, and I have never had this problem. Not too mention they are taking advantage of the economy and increased the price of coffee twice in 1 month. They are the most expensive in the area!! I mean at 4 dollars for a large ice coffee I might as well go to Starbucks because quality is now even lacking here!!! Also, it took 3 employees to get me a coffee for over 15 minutes. The only good employee there is Dawn!! Shout out to her hard work! Everyone else seems to go slower than sloths and have no work ethic! Dawn should be the manager, whatever your paying her it’s not enough for her hard work! Seems like this Dunkin runs on America not the other way around!!
Nice staff. Very slow service. Wouldn't recommend if you're in a rush unless you do a mobile order.
I'm afraid to say that there seems to be a lack of consistency when it comes to the hot specialty drinks. I order the same two items every day: a hot black coffee with two shots of mocha and a hot decaf latte with whole milk and three sugars. Recently, however, the quality has been quite uneven. For instance, when I got home today and handed the latte to my wife, I noticed it was only half full, and I wasn't even sure it was decaffeinated. This has happened quite frequently over the past few months. I make a point to visit this location specifically because of Will and Kassidy; they really excel at their jobs. Usually, my drinks are ready for me by the time I arrive, as they see me pulling into the parking lot, which always impresses me. However, today I had to repeat my order multiple times before the cashier finally got it right, which has unfortunately become the norm at this location. I understand that I may be old-fashioned for still using cash, but it annoys me when my change is handed back to me with coins wrapped up in the paper bills—it's just one of my little pet peeves.
