Am Fluss - Heidesee

Grey customer service: usually no answer. when our room was cancelled by the hotel, we learned from the routes of friends. also on request I got a correct message only weeks later. here they have to run behind the cancellation themselves!

Cheap hotel, nice and clean, was a bit worried about fire safety but was to tired to investigate further and just had hours of good indisturbed sleep before getting on my way.

Goog service. Food ok. Location nice (by river with pier). For that money it was exactly what i expected.

In the hotel that has come years and has to be modernized here and there. friendly service. the kitchen cannot offer everything on the menu.

Bad bets: the inside of the matratze was so sensitive that the matratze was exchanged with that of the third bette. I can't recommend it. Price/quality is not proportionate.
