I hate to admit it, but I was wrong. I'm a Southern Hot Dog Snob. The only thing my dogs do was mustard and onions. A trip to Varsity was the only exception. A chili Slav dog and onion rings are a gift from God for you to taste buds. A friend was on a dog hunt in Chicago and talked about how good they are. How can a dog that has so much stuff be good? They will not even be able to taste much less meat. WRONG!!! Yes I said I was wrong. We stopped at Jimmys to kidnap our friend and eat an authentic Chicago dog. Very impressed with the dog and Mr. Jimmy. Both are authentic Chicago, by the way. My advice is, my Jimmys get some dogs and have a nice conversation. Mr. Jimmy can take you in the direction of some fantastic waterfall hikes along with other activities while in the Helen area..
