Unfortunately, Fiamma Pizzeria burned down on Friday, August 11. He had the amazing food. Hope he comes back.Kid-friendliness: The gentleman that ran this food truck was always so nice. Hope he comes back bigger and stronger
So disappointed in the Pizzas. The crust was so thin, which I didn't expect from a wood fire pizza. The pizza was so soggy, and the cheese was a bit stange. The toppings were good as was the quantity of them. I just wish they had been a bit smaller and a nice crispy crust. Will not go there again.
I stopped by for a single pizza slice tonight. The owner took my order and I waited patiently in my car. He surprised me with a full pizza pie instead of my lonely slice. It was so kind of him, as he only charged me for one slice. He made my evening with his kindness and the delicious pizza. It was so good, I ate 3 slices!
This is the best pizza in San Antonio. True artisan pie prepared by an expert, not some teenager. Only place I will get pizza now. Would give 10 stars if able.
