I 'd previously tried their spicy vegan beef stew noodle soup, which was satisfying. This time, I elected the vegan Kung Pao chicken a large plate of mediocre food. The timid flavors and bland vegan chicken meat didn 't go down well with plain white rice. Altogether, the dish was simply uninspiring.I might give these people another chance, since the score was now 1 1.
On our way to do some shopping and we stopped in for lunch. What a terrific choice! My sister and I shared two dishes, one was mushroom udon, 3 types of mushrooms with udon noodles. It was rich tasting and accented with pieces of zucchini and carrot cooked just right, still crisp to the teeth but not mushy. Just right! And the sauce savory and delicious. We also ordered pad Thai with vegan chicken. We couldn't decide on the spice level (usually offered 1 10) because the pad Thai sauce is already at level 3 so I couldn't get it lower for my non hit loving palate. My sister and I thought it was spicy hot( neither of us loves spicy hot) but so flavorful and delicious that we persevered through the spice to finish every drop of the dish! Both dishes were excellent and next time I come to visit my family we will definitely be back. My only negative is that the table was sticky and the first chair I pulled out to sit on had quite a bit of food in it. We then went to a different sticky table. As we were finishing lunch we watched as the lovely server set about scrubbing down the tables where people had been eating, so it's not lack of cleanliness, I think the cleaning stuff left the tables sticky. The place is so interesting with geodes and little Asian figurines around. Floral and greens on the walls make for a very pleasant atmosphere. The delicious food, Along with the lovely young ladies serving and the pretty setting make this a place you really ought to try!
I would have never discovered this hole in the wall shop on my own but thankfully my boyfriend brought me here. it's my new favorite spot now! I tried the ginger roasted duck pho and one of the rolls and both were amazing. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
What a gem! I wish that I had more time while in town, as I'd be back here for sure! The general tsos cauliflower was so tasty!! And there was so much of it!! The waitstaff refilled my water every time it got low and were very pleasant and friendly. This is a pretty little place with enough tables but it doesn't feel crowded. Casual and comfortable. Easy access at a strip mall with plenty of parking.Do yourself a favor and eat here!
A carnivore turned vegetarian will greatly appreciate this restaurant. I have greatly missed fish and seafood. I cannot speak highly enough of their sushi rolls and tuna nigiri. It is absolutely the closest copy of real fish that I've experienced. I had the pork Bhan Mi too and it was delicious, but my mind was boggled by the tuna.Vegetarian options: A carnivore turned vegetarian will greatly appreciate this restaurant
