Sgt. Pepper's Pizza - Henrico

They forgot to put my order in. After 2 hours I never got my pizza. **** happens oh well. I'll give them another chance.

I have been really happy with each of my orders from this little local Lakeside gem. They are take away only and have a drive up window which makes service convenient. The staff is very friendly and the food is well prepared. Their pizza is generously topped and priced well. Their hot sandwiches are large and delicious. I will be a regular.

The pizza is always excellent but DO NOT use the app... It takes always an extra half hour to get your food. Best bet is to call direct, WHICH STILL takes a long time. Best bet is to pick that stuff up hot and fresh. Great food, pretty godawful delivery. 15 minutes later edit: you know, that started out as a four-star review until I finally called the restaurant to ask where the pizza was. The app tracker said that it was on the way 20 minutes ago. And when I called the restaurant, I was told the pizza was just now coming out of the oven and would be here in another 20 minutes, which would make it an even two hours from the time I ordered. My fiancee went to pick the pizza up rather than wait and hope it actually gets here. They did not offer a discount on an upcoming order or anything. And that is terrible service. The pizza is always great, but this is the last one of theirs I'll ever have

Steak and cheese was soggy by time i received it. Never asked for tomatoes but decided to add them anyways.. Paid $4 for bacon cheddar fries and ended up with 10 pieces of fries with only bacon... I will NEVER order from this place again!

Their pizza is very good. It takes awhile for them to finish an order but the wait is usually worth it! Their location is great because it's a drive thru pick up. Every time I order Domino's it's an instant regret. Thankfully, this pizza place blows domino's trash out the water.
