Dairy Queen - Hermiston

Food was extremely cold and the fries were soggy. The service from the manager was very rude.

Good fresh food, low traffic when I was there and friendly staff. Good place for a quick stop.

Ordered 2 for 5 on the cheeseburger deal and a small blizzard, was charged 10.79$ and handed the young 20.80$ was given 8 dollars back in change, told him am missing money, he handed me an extra dollar, I told him my change back should be 10.01$ the lady taking the orders started giving me a horrible attitude, told her ok hers the money give me a refund, She aggressively said WE DONT REFUND. she talked to the manager and manager handled the situation and was on my way, food was great but the way that lady was speaking too me was very unprofessional, count your change when coming here.

I don 't normally add to the 'meh ' ratings of basic fast food, but this DQ is exceptionally clean, good, and nice. No complaints and exceeded expectations.

The Hermiston DQ is the best! The drive thru is lightning fast and the dining room is always clean. We have family here so I've been more times than I can count. The DQ in my hometown though it took a few years the owners ran it into the ground, and it recently closed. They sure could have taken a lesson from the Hermiston DQ!
