Restaurante El Ranchito

We were recommended to visit by a native for the chiles en nogada. we were greeted and sitting first and our drinks arrived quickly. then we waited for about 30 minutes until they order again for our dinner. the restaurant was not very. we had to knock down a few waiters and no one would help us. we felt very ignored. I would not recommend this place to any other tourist. there are better places in the city with a more respectable attitude. our waiter finally took the order, but was very gruesome. he brought us brot. the meal itself was good, but the experience was unfortunately so negatiw that we paid and quickly leave.

This restaurant is very decent, the service is great and eating is very tasty. I recommend the chiles en nogada.

Founded over sixty years ago, on the 11th juli 1953, from the family of rebollar gálvez, in col. barrio del alto, paseo de san francisco, puebla, this is the real deal that has spawned another 1300 restaurants to copy their names and recipes worldwide! This...beautiful and well-run restaurant is a local favorite that the locals hope they never find to keep it for themselves! this restaurant is well located on the street on a privado drive in front of the city express hotel and offers everything; great eating, service, bumblebee musicians, a view of the plaza and people watching. day or night is great. the view from the restaurant along the paseo to the park or to the very old and beautiful church tower is amazing. they will be enchanted by the native, both teenagers and married couples who sit on the benches, either try to make a future or remember their years together. couples go hand in hand on the way to the church or perhaps to one of the other nearby restaurants. they expect to be entertained by a bumbling musician, as they enjoy their meal, which stand out from their table and play their gitarre while singing gently to not interfere in their culinary experience. yesterday two friends and I thought to be a later afternoon meal, and although the restaurant was busy, we immediately sat at a table with a view of the park. the mesero gave us our menus in English and Spanish and immediately took our drink order. our first choice, tequilas con sangrita, to reach our success during the daytime meeting, was delivered to the table within two minutes. Last night I went to 18:00 and sat immediately, although the restaurant was full. the menu was extensive, but not overwhelming; local puebla Mexican cuisine from appetizers, suppen and entrées. we ordered a plate of six mixed chulapas of huh, bark and pork, with salsa rojo and verdes. again they were delivered to the table in record time and were among the best I enjoyed in mexiko. when we had finished our chulupas, our most important entrees of molecular poblano were delivered with rice to the table. I would appreciate this restaurant and my experience excellent in every sight. my ess mate and I had a great time and meal. the waiting staff was exceptionally attentive and our needs were met and followed by our waiter gonzalo. we have made plans to return to a few weeks when we will be back in puebla. I would recommend el ranchito for everyone to dinate families, couples, business meetings or even as single. excellent in every sight!

La comida muy rica y a muy buen precio. Te atienden muy rápido. Te puedes estacionar fácilmente al costado sin andar buscando tanto como en el centro. La atención del personal muy buena. Las instalaciones son tradicionales, agradable. En la parte externa hay una resbaladilla para los niños que le falta mantenimiento. En resumen un buen lugar para disfrutar la comida típica a un excelente precio.

No es la primera vez que acudo, y sigue sin decepcionarme. Los platillos sencillos con un sabor inigualable. Los precios sumamente accesibles, y la atención muy buena.
