I never give 1 star out of 5. But a while ago my order arrived home cold. And now that I drive to their chip shop myself, it's closed half an hour before closing time..

Not even worth 1 star!! Ridiculous service!! After reading the reviews, I even regret not doing this sooner. Ordered at 17.06 We get a call at 7pm. 'We apologize, we have had power pans ' This would be resolved and we would get our food at 7:30 PM. Surprise surprise! We only received our food at 8:19 PM.. 3 hours and 19 minutes later than we ordered!!! We starved. And our food was quite honestly disappointing. As cold as anything and very small! What is this! And why aren 't you bankrupt yet!!!

Placed an order and the order did not arrive at the agreed time. Finally checked and they canceled it at the time it was normally supposed to be there. 5 minutes later they canceled their own delivery. Next time, do not accept the order if delivery cannot be made, and definitely cancel it in time and do not make the customer wait 1 hour first.

Very dissatisfied! We ordered and it said that our food would be delivered in about 90 minutes, which would normally be 9:30 PM, at half past 11 the food will only arrive here. We called at 5 to 10 and they said we will start right away! Something can always come up, but please inform the customer. I don't understand why food is still delivered to your home here!

After waiting for more than an hour we finally had our order, everything was cold of course and also the wrong order.
