George's Shawarma Inc - Hialeah

I like when places understand the difference between take out and dine in when it comes to presentation. I got the shawarma bowl to go which would be served in a fried pita bowl. Obviously the bowl would get soggy by the time I got home so it was neatly packaged outside of the other ingredients. The hot meat was separate from the cool tabouleh and when I got home I just mixed it all together. There was an explosion of flavor I didn't even have to use the sauce on the side. I do think $18 is pricey for a food truck BUT I did have plenty leftover so when you think about it as 2 meals, it's not that bad. Delicious and easy to order, pick up. The truck is adjacent to a gas station so easy parking. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Really flavorful food with large portions of protein. We ordered the shawarma bowl, George's shawarma, and hummus. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and homemade, even the hummus. Highly highly recommend.

Don't be turned off by the fact that this is a food truck. Good service. Great food. I had the Shawarma Beef with hummus sauce.

I have tried shawarmas in different places here in Miami but they are definitely THE BEST there is no other that can beat them, the price-quality ratio is excellent and the flavor and size are exceptional 100% recommended
