Best service that I have had on a pollo tropical (great staff)
My order was for a whole chicken and when I got to serve it there were pieces missing, they had already told me that was happening but it was my turn, they can't have so many bad reviews and the company does nothing.
Very bad service so they served me the food I ordered and they don't even want to give you
Went to the walk up counter, no one there, in and out in less than 4 minutes. ??. No too shabby. ? this review if it helps.
