Ate at Daniel 's on Friday (Catfish day). Probably won 't be back.... I had higher expectations than what we experienced. Salad Bar was not good, chopped up green, tough lettuce instead of various lettuce (not chopped up) plus the toppings were useless. Skip the salad bar. Tried chicken, I believe it was taken up WITHOUT any cooking oil drained off of the greasy chicken. The potatoes were just boiled dumped out there, that 's it. O.K. on to desserts.... We thought, Oh Boy, BlackBerry Cobbler. It was soooo watered down tasteless. I told my husband Before we finished our meal that when we get home, I will make you a BlackBerry Cobbler. I made him a BlackBerry Cobbler it probably was off the chain, almost ate the bowl I cooked it in, plus I made a fancy lattice crust to top it off. The only thing my Husband I liked was the Catfish. Usually excellent food. Once in a while the chicken will be way too dry and hard to swallow but the rest of the food is really good. I would say that is an exception rather than the rule. Only happened twice that I can recall. Lovely salad selection. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
