Jack In The Box - High Ridge

It would be nice if they opened the lobby so that you could at least go and order your food instead of going through the passage, sometimes I don't like going through the passage because my vehicle is a little long. The COVID thing that I was BS in other Jack in the blocks of the box to make an order.

I used to be a big drinker. These tacos were the bomb! Now that I don't drink, the Tacos are still the bomb.

This place should be shut down and never re opened. First off any review that?s more than 1 star has to be a lie. I?ve been trying to go to this location for years. Every time. They are closed. Simply turn u away or they are out of most of whatever u want to order. They say there open till 7 pm now. What fast food place can survive being open till 7 pm none. Shut it down. So I been trying to get a taco from here 5 times. First time. I pulled up they said hey we aren?t taking drive through or walk in orders just door dash. Turned me away!!! Then every time I tried after words they are closed well before 7 pm. Saw all 4 employees in there today just partying with locked doors and a blocked drive through. It was an hour before closed. Then when all the stars align and they do take ur order be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes to get through the drive through. Slowest fast food I seen since Steak ?n Shake. I?m not being hard on them , like oh it?s covid they are short staffed. No no no. They have sucked since I been going to this place. Please shut down or corporate please step in and manage this place. I?m sure it?s one of your worst operating store in the region do something!!!

We frequent this Jack In The Box and have always had good service. This time we ordered 10 tacos, 1 Jumbo Jack and onion rings. We sat at the pick-up window for 12 minutes. When we got home we found that the Jumbo Jack was plain, nothing on it. All 10 tacos were burnt and none had lettuce; a few didn't even have cheese. When we called the store the number goes to a FAX machine. I guess they will blame it on Covid and the lack of help. Why not just shut the place down until it can actually provide edible food!!!!

Tonight they didn?t toast the sourdough. The wedges are cold and taste like they were fried with donuts and fish. The last 4 times I went to this location the food was terrible. One Thursday night, about three months ago we sat in the drive through for 25 min. Jack in the box food is good, but not at this location. I?m never going back. They don?t care.
