Coyote Coffee Donuts - Highland

Heard so many good things about Coyote Burger that we couldn’t wait to try it and support a local business. Great vibe in the restaurant with a well laid out seating arrangement. Two burgers and sides ordered but unfortunately my burger was not hot which was a disappointment, felt as if it had been pre made and sitting under a heat lamp. That aside, it was a lovely tasting burger but surpassed by the hot sides which were excellent. Will be back to give it another shot.

I have visited here a few times, however this has to be the worst experience I have had here. It took staff 25 minutes to acknowledge that we were waiting to order, we then waited 45 minutes before having to cancel the order due to it taking too long. Really surprised at the poor service times and poor customer service received here as this is usually not a problem in this restaurant. I can’t see myself returning here if this doesn’t change.

Excellent place to eat, attended on a busy Saturday night. Staff were lovely, pleasant and attentive despite being packed out. We all enjoyed our burgers which arrived promptly and can thoroughly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Took my son for a treat! We were really looking forward and booked a table. Arrived and the restaurant was fairly quiet for a Saturday lunchtime. Staff were friendly order taken quickly. Then it all went down hill… 40 mins before food arrived ! It was then not what my son had ordered! When it came back it was clearly the same burger they had just pulled the salad etc off and the burger was really cold. I wasn’t very impressed with mine either didn’t come very hot ! Burger lacked any flavour to the meat and it just looked a bit slopped on a plate! Fries were lukewarm. Dirty fries my son had were meh ! His description !! The tables/ chairs were a bit grubby. Toilets were not the most pleasant either. Felt it was really poor as more staff on the floor than customers. Paid and left saying i felt disappointed won’t go back ! Such a shame as friends had recommended Coyotes.

Waited in a half empty restaurant for 40 minutes for a cold hamburger! The fries were nasty and the service was no existent! When the food finally did arrive , we then had to ask for cutlery. Everything was extra and people just left as no one took orders . Poor poor poor
