Roman Gourmet - Hillsborough

I ordered pizzas for my teachers, and the food was fantastic! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and every pizza was delicious. The biggest crowd-pleasers were definitely the meat lovers and artichoke pizzas!

Roman Gourmet is situated in the corner of a bustling shopping mall in Hillsborough, NJ. While there are adequate parking spaces, navigating the lot can be tricky at times due to the heavy foot traffic in this strip mall. Upon entering, you'll discover a variety of seating options and a welcoming atmosphere enhanced by cozy lighting. One of the highlights of this restaurant is the extensive selection of beverages, including my personal favorite, Boylan Sodas, especially the birch beer. This establishment has seen several changes over the years, evolving into what it is today. My first experience with their pizza was as a child when it was called Frank's Pizza.
