I had a terrible experience at Hilton Pontillos! We ordered food for pickup, but when we got home, everything was so badly burned that it was inedible. The manager, Edwin, assured us that he would take care of the situation by refunding our food and delivering it. After waiting 20 minutes, Edwin called to inform us that we couldn't order from them because our address was supposedly on a blacklist. I tried to understand why my address was on this list, as it was my first time ordering from them. Edwin said he only saw one order from my phone number in their system. He wasn't able to help us and had no answers regarding this so-called blacklist. I ended up paying for food that was burnt and received no refund! I was so frustrated that I didn't even want to give them a star! I even tried to reach the owner but he didn't answer his phone. I feel completely let down. This was a very disappointing experience!

It’s unbelievable that they would serve burnt food like this. We placed a pick-up order online and paid at the restaurant. When we saw the food was charred, we called to complain, and the manager said they would come back to pick it up and deliver a replacement. Later, we received a call saying they couldn’t deliver to us because our address was on some blacklist. We've never ordered from here before today, so how could we possibly be on a blacklist? They wouldn’t even explain why we were listed. There was no refund or alternative solution offered. The staff was rude and the service was terrible!

On Tuesday night I ordered a medium pizza ,thin crust with pepperoni and sausage. Picked it up on time,got it home,very disappointed. The bottom was soggy ,the sauce was way to thick,and the pepperoni like rubber.Ate one piece and tossed it all.Plus I even tipped well,live and learn....

Love, love, love their pizza. The dough is so chewy and burnt cups devine. Unfortunately their steak sub sucks.
