Wayback Burgers - Hilton Head Island

Stopped for shake, very expensive $6.99 per) and tasted like corn syrup. The restaurant was extremely hot and had ceiling tiles missing. There was also a very large amount of dust, dirt, mold and God knows what else on any HVAC ceiling valve. I don't know how this place can even pass code. The workers seemed to work very hard, but should not have to work in such an atmosphere. We had to stand out at 90 degrees weather to keep cool.

Large burgers with choice of Tater Tots or Fries. You also have Shakes.

I ate my fat burger. Whole family. I couldn't eat here every day, but nice to take the children (better than McDonalds). Wait wasn't bad considering we were there at noon. Eat outside if you wanted. We're in for the AC.

This place is a must try for anyone visiting the Hilton Head area and looking for good burgers, tenders and shakes! The service was amazing and unmatched for any place we visited during our stay! Calvin was such a pleasure to talk with and guide us to some of the favorites that we ordered? it was fresh and tasteful! Look no further for a good atmosphere with simple food, but amazing flavor with a great staff! We will definitely find our WAYBACK when we visit again!

My first time here and it was delicious! We kept it basic for our first trip with the classic burger and fries and a strawberry milkshake. They have a perfect patio for outdoor seating. Looking forward to going to the location where I live.
