Based solely on this service fee, I won't be returning to this casino. It seems as though the casino may be trying to manipulate customers into coming downstairs to gamble more, or perhaps their exorbitant rent forces the diner to employ rude and confrontational staff, resulting in a nickel-and-dime approach to customer service just to remain operational.
The buffet is no longer available. Provisions is open, but they have a limited menu. I usually come for the wings at Stories to take out, but this time I found out that after 11 AM, they don't offer to-go orders because Provisions is focused on takeout. I won't be returning for a while... what a hassle.
I stayed overnight and had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. They did a great job managing the waitlist. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. I would definitely love to try it again if I stay there in the future.
