Previously one of my favorite places..
Chili is pretty good Tex-Mex. The only thing I came here is that you couldn't get a Burrito shot. I don't know if this is a local or a nationwide menu choice. But although there is a very good meal served by a fantastic waitress. If you go whatever you do, get the desert...
The worst chilis I was with. The hostess needs more training to manage the seat time. The 35 minutes then told us another 15 minutes. I sat and the waitress went past the table for 12 minutes before she recognized us. The waitress wasn't aware at all. The manager was a nice guy.
Had a delivery order, ordered by the Chili website. The order was 30 minutes later than the estimate when ordering. The melted chocolate cake came with zero instructions how to prepare no ice with it, and very little in the way of the blow. My burger was almost burned, the pommes were so tender. I would not recommend this place for delivery.
The service was ok. The food was ok. But the worst thing is the only way to view the menu is by scanning a QR code. They literally have no paper menu available except the kids menu, 3 specials, and the booze. Which given I was thrust a menu type thing about what margaritas I should have... I'm certain this is not a covid precaution. So if you have an elderly or not so tech savvy family member, prepare to pass them your phone to so they can decide what to eat! Very stupid.
