Having stayed in “On-the-edge” the experience was remarkable! Just the place you want to be to relax and unwind. The views are breathtaking, the cottage is well appointed, clean and more then ample.

Had a lovely stay at the cabin. The cabin was well priced and so beautiful. It offered an amazing view and the staff at the reception were so welcoming and helpful. Nearby activities: The edge was a beautiful sight. Everything worth viewing is in close distance to the hotel. Safety: The property is fenced around. All the doors had locks. Walkability: Everything is within walking distance. Terrain is lovely to walk on. Food drinks: The cabin was self service, but everything needed to cook with was provided. Really good restaurant and bar(dog are welcome), the french toast or the smoked salmon are both a must try for breakfast. There is also a wonderful garden and labyrinth(one if the biggest) to walk around in and soak in the breathtaking scenery. There is a Parkrun that also starts from The Edge every Saturday morning.

We have stayed at The Edge a few times, in different cottages and it is great. This time we stayed in the brand new Cabin. It has everything you need for self-catering and is really comfy and spacious for a couple with 2 dogs. The restaurant has really upped it's game in it's offering from our first visit and now has a lovely variety of dishes and lots of Vegan options. This was our 2nd stop out of 6 around the country and definitely one of the best. Hogsback is extremely dog friendly and there are lots of things to do. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5
