Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Holland

Did not have a good experience. We were charged $4.99 for their bottomless fries. Apparently, if you ask for fries before your meal, you are charged. If you ask for fries after you 've been served your meal, you do not get charged. The waitress did notexplain this to us in the beginning when we asked for fries. Also, ordered beef burger, got a chicken sandwich. They were ableto take back the chicken sandwich and bring me correct burger. Could have been miscommunication but I wasn 't too upset aboutthat. However, when they brought the burger to me, the person said, here 's your burger since you didn 't want the chickensandwich . I did not appreciate that. I didn 't want the sandwich because I didn 't order it. We 're usually pretty easy goingpeople but we will not go back to Red Robin. Spend my money elsewhere.

Very thankful for the rewards burgers and the Birthday burgers. The staff is always super friendly and we miss the birthday song (died a cruel death due to Covid regulations). God bless and we look forward to future visits!

This Place Is Amazing!. The General Manager, Gerardo, Provided An Outstanding Experience. He?s Always Very Attentive To The Customers, Which Is Something That?s Hard To Find Now Days. We Got Our Food Right Away Even Though There Was A Party Of 40People. I Really Do Admire Gerardo As He Is A Very Hard Worker And Always All Over The Place (That?s How I Noticed Him AndFinally Asked For His Name) Every Time I?ve Came In Here He?s The One Running The Restaurant. He Works Great Under Pressure AndIs Always Doing Something, I?ve Seen Him Also Mopping When A Waitress Accidentally Spilled He Just Handled It So The WaitressCould Keep Giving Attention To Customers. This Is Something You Never Really See. Awesome Job Gerardo, You Deserve Even More!.

Our waitress was fantastic. She told us about their new no old fashioned menus. Neither my friend nor myself were able to down load. She told us about an Amish couple that came in the first day of the switch over and they didn't even have a phone. So theyleft. But, our waitress took wonderful care of us. She was warm and attentive to all our needs. Thank you young lady for greatservice.

As to be expected the burgers and endless fries are top notch so to can be said about the service and timing. No long wait for fries, drinks and of course food served in timely manner. A great place for dinning obviously a reflection of great management.Good work ???????? for the team at the Holland location.
