A plus customer service for the two young men working the Charlie?s counter this afternoon.

Meet is so thin it?s gross and the Philly steak has a weird meaty smell I couldn?t even finish it. The fries taste like they?re straight out of the great value frozen fries

A young man, I believe his name was Tim gave us excellent service. Both my companion and myself were tired and not in the best form. I asked if someone could come to our table to take our order instead of going to the counter. Tim was that person. He took our order, paid for it with my Star Card, brought the order to us and even made a few adjustments for us in between. I tried to tip him, but he said he couldn?t take it. He suggested that I could give him a good rating

Really good food but slow on orders not their fault, they get alot of orders.
