Get nicer staff, ordered on just eat and it was 30 mins late i ran and the woman shouted saying he’s on the way and hung up

I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes and my food is still not here, nobody answered the phone to tell me about my order until 25 minutes ago and they said it's on it...

Can someone from management explain to me why i was called a lair and a theif when i rang to say my orderes was short a two euro item.....is that how you treat...
