Chili's Grill - Holtsville

Never do I give a 5 star review without meaning it…….The manager being actively apart and on top of this team is what makes this location the best one I’ve visited out of many.It’s the service that matters most with chilis. They nail it here. Thanks manager with brown hair late 40’s/50’s male, too bad I didn’t get your name. Keep it up

I checked in with my curbside parking spot number, but after waiting, no one came to the car, so I figured the food was still being prepared and that the text had been incorrect by saying it was ready. So I waited longer. When still no one came out, I went in (which was difficult because I 'm disabled) and there was a guy that was at the pickup counter and he was just like, Here for pickup? I told him I had checked in a while ago for curbside but that no one came out so I was there to pick up. He just said oh and looked under the counter and my food was in a plastic bag sitting there. It wasn 't under a warming lamp or anything, and so it was probably sitting under the counter the entire time I was waiting right outside the door in my car at the curbside pickup sign. So of course my food was soggy from condensation and cold. What a waste of money on my mom 's night out. I should have just gotten Wendy 's across the parking lot. At least it would have been warm.

Best place for deals! Also to get black out drunk and start fights with families ?

I haven't been to a Chili's in a number of years so say the least it was okay. The food was decent and it wasn't terribly crowded. After we saw our movie we stopped in for dinner and the bill wasn't too bad either.

The food was great The drinks were great I would definitely go back again. I'm disabled and it was easy to get in and out of the tables. Everything was hot and fresh.Parking: It's free parking and there's plenty of it there's also handicap parkingWheelchair accessibility: I am disabled and it was very easy to park and get inside
