Pizzeria Venezia - Holzwickede

We followed TA review and went to try this restaurant. the ambiente was beautiful. the personal was attentive. German seemed to eat early, as some tables already left when we were killed we enjoyed the fizzy mineral water. my man ordered a pizza zone and I ordered a tuna steak court. the pizza was right, but my thunfish as a huge, slightly half kilo piece thunfisch. Although it was cooked in the middle rarely (as it should be) the cut was too big and the meat was too hard to have fun. Maybe it was taken from freezing and cooked too fast, or maybe it was a very cheaper cut. the accompanying crimson sauce was a bit salty, but acceptable. the sheer size of the plate was only intimidating. what a pity! we informed the waitress who surprised what I had left on my teller that it was just too big to finish. I don't think a German man would be able to eat it all. we recommend tasting diners, pizza or pasta dishes or steaks and not in areas that are not strictly Italian cuisine.

The service is very friendly. the fish with a nice was very delicious. the pasta was ok. the price-performance ratio is ok.

I can only comment on the pizzas and not the extensive pasta menu (which looks delicious, as also the Schinitzel menu.) classic looking restaurant with friendly staff who gracefully set up with our minimal understanding of the German language. the sylvia pizza (tuna, garnel, wobble, spinat. and garlic) was fantastic and the part (family size) was enormous. but the reason there are not to give five stars is our other pizza. a mushroom pizza that didn't have many mushrooms on it! not even a handful, in which did about small pieces I think. that said the tomato sauce on the basic was one if the best I cost.

Wir sind regelmäßige Gäste in der Pizzeria und das mit gutem Grund. Das Essen ist super. Egal was man bestellt , ob Pizza , Pasta, Salat oder Fleischgerichte. Die Preise sind absolut angebracht und der Service immer freundlich.

Einfaches, etwas nüchtern ausgestattetes Restaurant. Gutes Essen, sehr freundlicher und flotter Service.
