Odeeny's Caribbean - Homestead

I went because the reviews lured me in. Honestly, maybe I just was out of.luck that day. I ordered a turkey meal, and I'm still trying to figure out what part of the turkey it was, besides... neck ? . The salad was just the chopped lettuce from the bags sold at grocery stores. The rice and beams tasted old. And it was a 14 dollar dish. Also, the hyped squash soup was not available, or any soup whatsoever. I hope it was just a bad day for them. I would never return, though

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR . Wasted 40 bucks on 2 plates we couldn?t eat. The ox tail was as tough as beef jerky and had absolutely no flavor what so ever. The curry chicken was bland and also had no flavor, sad when the best part of the meal is the white rice.

Loved every thing about this place. Cozy setting with home cooked Caribbean food. Enjoy.

I can?t explain why but the taco meat here is maybe the best I?ve had in the US. Certainly better than any I?ve had in Florida. Amazing.Their Pickliz, which is a big thing for me was actually spicy and got. The young lady in the front was great, greeted me As i walked in and patient as i made my choice. I left a hefty tip for your kindness.

I'm Haitian I approve this Wonderful restaurant! I ordered the brown rice w/ fried plantains, legume fried pork w pikliz. It was heavenly I ordered another one to go!
