The best Mexican food out there. I have the shredded beef enchiladas with the green sauce and it was amazing. I live an hour away and every time I have the chance to stop, I'll use it. Her salsa's the hands I've ever had, I've never left without a big one to go order.

This is a hidden gem. We live almost two hours away, but find reasons to go to Florida city just to get those tacos. The salsa and chips they give free are always so good and the salsa is HOT! My mouth just pours on my lunch. Get the Tacos al Carbon on their homemade corn tortillas just trust me. Rice and beans should also die. The nachos are also great. Can't wait to come back!! I want to try her soups next, although everything that comes from the kitchen looks excellent.

First they have the best menu I've ever seen in a restaurant. Almost all meals have a photo. Rosita's Mexican restaurant is a quiet, small Mexican restaurant, which I think is very good.
