Absolutely delicious noodle restaurant with fresh hand made noodles made in-house paired with a delicious broth and your choice of protein. For dine-in, they offer a beef rib that is absolutely delicious. Huge portion of noodles that are sure to fill you up. They also offer an unlimited refill of sweet green bean soup with ice which is awesome for only a dollar. Quick service via phone/website ordering at the table.

We came here specifically for the pork dumplings and the hot and sour soup wontons and both did not disappoint. The pork dumplings had the fresh and thin skin (you can tell they're fresh and not the frozen ones) with a lightly sweet and spicy soup sauce. The wontons had the same thin and fresh skin where it did not break right away when you picked it up nor did it few like you're biting into a 5 inch thick skin. Both were cooked to perfection. Super neat and clean restaurant with amazing food. The server with short hair is super nice and friendly. She introduced the popular dish for us, also walked us through the spicy level. Great experience here. Definitely gonna come back soon!

While I was visiting Hawaii I wanted to check out something that really stuck out from other restaurants. Just by looking at their food presentation and selection MIAN caught my attention. They started us off with mung bean soup, which was really addictive, and I ordered the spicy pork noodles while my GF got the pork dumplings. They definitely had the quality and the quantity right and the prices were affordable for what we got. I feel lucky when I find spots like this

Visiting from Dallas, TX and we stopped by this place. When you first sit down they give you Mung Bean Water which I had never had before but i was so good!! I got the pork dumplings and the sauce was a bit spicy but so good! Would definitely recommend ????
