Chicken Express - Hope

The rolls tasted like an ashtray, Mac cheese was like soup with a hair in it and the chicken was so greasy and it leaked through the box and put a big stain on the seat and I got two piecesI started feeling sick after eating do yourself a favor and some place Else

1/9/24 Update: Contacted Customer Service on 1/5/24. Was told the store owner would be contacted. Took my name and number.Still no call from the owner. Horrible customer service.1/22/24 Update: Absolutely no phone call from the owner of this store. Don 't waste your money here.Can 't get orders right. Can 't read tickets.One mashed potato with coleslaw, one with double fries. See picture.Absolute disgusting behavior from the people I spoke to. No help. Only sorry about that . If you 're the manager on staff, and you don 't have access to the store owners number/name, how are you management?I want a full refund for the entire ticket and an apology from the owner.

Very bad service. Waited 25 min to get order. Fries and corn nuggets were cold and hard. Won’t be back. Floor and tables were dirty. Trash cans were overflowing.

Our order included jalapeños and a few of the jalapeños were expired. Also the one order of chicken strips had essentially nothing but just breading besides one chicken strip.

Very good no complaints I buy bag of ice everyday from here for $2.32 Love it!
