Sunday, January 2 at 6:00. I get a gallon of milk and gas. The young boy says 4.05, so I say I pay with a gift card and put the balance as a gas. Does he say now? and I said I did it exactly the week before. He then gets an attitude with me and frustrated because he cannot find out the difference of 50.00 4.05 for milk and the balance on gas. Total attitude and super rude. He finally found out, asked the superior if he closed an overcrow and excited me. No excuse, nothing. When I came out, the superior was on another register, so I went to her and said, "Your cash is rude and a hole? Customer service is the key and if this boy can't handle it, he has to find another job.
If I knew I had the same service as McDonalds. I guess the workers can't say between a hill and a biskit.
Dispense with 4/14/22 and get a terrible customer service. was not greeted nicely was not said that the entire items were held in the bag
Used to regularly hit this wawa for gas, dinner and Hazelnut coffee. They informed me tonight that Hazelnut coffee will now only be available earlier in the day and they won?t be making it from the afternoon or later. As a place that is supposed to be known for their coffee, this is exceptionally disappointing. I could understand if it was 10pm, but it?s literally 6pm. Unfortunately we won?t be back to this wawa.
