I had bought a cake from Cakes and More for my brother's 25th birthday, but unfortunately, it turned out to be terrible. The cake was unexpectedly juicy, which was quite strange. We decided to return it and get something else, but the staff, particularly Aunty Farida, were arrogant and refused to acknowledge the problem. She claimed that butterscotch cakes are meant to be juicy and dismissed our concerns. Her attitude was disrespectful, she was rude on the call too! Cake left a bad taste in our mouths. I strongly advise against visiting Cakes and More based on this experience.i don't know why they have good reviews lol!!!!
