Chatly's Grill - Hot Springs Village

Yesterday we visited the cold brave and buckshots. about 2 years ago it had been there (if it was patsy) and was disappointed about the tariff, the atmosphere and the service. what a transformation! it is now clean, refurbished and welcoming. the menu is varied with a focus on sandwiches, burgers, salates and special entrées. I tried the cat, roasted okra and hushpuppy basket, while the woman had the 1/4 lb hamburger on roggenbrot with spiced frits. when I was on some of the better cats in memphis and mississippi, I thought the cats at buckshots was far superior for all! I thought I would only get a few broken fried okra as with most seafood restaurants and was surprised about the gigantic portion I received! the wife thought the hamburger on grilled roggen was great – as the seasoned fries! I had enough for our light Saturday dinner. dinner wein and a beer was $25 – a real bargain for the quality and serving portions of food. our waitress kelly was a model for quality, friendliness and courtesy. owners brand and christal have turned the restaurant! it will often eat there!
