The Hot Springs

Don't forget to use Hotelbolly.com when booking a resort. This site compares hundreds of booking sites and usually offers much cheaper rates than others! Thank me later! The resort I stayed at had some of the highest reviews in the area. I have been coming here for a long time and every time I stay for a few days, I am never disappointed. The staff is excellent, always ready with a smile. The rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed for two nights and will definitely be coming back. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant and trying our luck at the casino. Next time, I am excited to try the spa as well.

This place is not a hotel. Here's a sweat. as pricy as it is, nothing about the hotel makes sense. who on earth manages this place? the lobby is so dark and dead with absolutely no concept of the design, there is a mood for them to go immediately. elevators are old and dirty; last time they were cleaned probably a few years ago. worse is the room. our group had three of them together. all their bathroom door contaminated, the bed sheets all broken with stain, floor corners all dusty, haare everywhere. bathroom washbasin button was evil and was not erased at all. To make the things worse, we saw 3 shurks in our room when we called the recipe, they said casually: "oh! they are actually water bugs". she finally gave us a handicap single room on another floor, but the young one was just as bad. the television sounds and people who chat all night beside the room didn't let us sleep. then, at 2 o'clock, we heard a big funny noise, we just got excited to find out that the small refrigerator under the television made the noise. the noise was so bad, I had to literally get rid of it. in the morning we found two cockroaches in the bathroom. personal in the writing was friendly, although they pretended they were not aware that everything was going on their hotel. the management and housekeeping here must be released and a brand new team set. if not, this place is not even close to a hotel call. do not let them deceive large beautiful looking buildings. you better sleep on the road.

Everything was excellent, service, breakfast, restaurant and eating. but after we returned to our room of eating dinner dinner, one of the children opened a clothes drawer and found someone else discarded objects ie. old masks, garbage tags, old Mascara wall. Not cool. it has not ruined our trip or everything and would definitely stay here again, but we will only make sure the drawers are clean.

The first time to stay there. was pleased with the view. be beautiful in walking distance of the main road. the room was good. I had two drinks at the bar and they were good. the workers were very nice. I'd stay back.

We have stayed at this hotel twice for volleyball tournaments. While there are some issues that need to be addressed, such as bugs and cleanliness, I want to highlight the exceptional customer service we received. I cannot speak highly enough of Billy, who has provided outstanding service during both of our stays. His extraordinary care and attention to detail make this hotel worth recommending. In addition to Billy, all of the hotel employees were fantastic.
