Lovely hotel, my only criticism is the lack of vegan options on the menu, thought for a large London hotel they would have got this right ????

The best hotel beds ever, comfy pillows and great rooms. Very spacious, clean , staff very helpful!!

I stayed there in December 2019. The rooms were nice and clean. I liked the bathroom spacious! Very quiet and comfortable rooms in general. We had breakfast and lunch in the restaurant at the hotel and it was alright. Great hotel for a business trip!

I booked a non-refundable room for March 25 2020 and in the two weeks since that booking the Coronavirus pandemic has cancelled my flight out of the USA as well as the event I was attending in the UK. I contacted the hotel to see if, because of the worldwide events far out of any of our control or ability to foresee, they would refund or offer to reschedule and I was told no. They have already charged me and will not refund or reschedule. The other hotel I booked a non-refundable room with offered a full refund and was quite understanding about these circumstances. Poor business handling on the part of Heston Hyde Hotel, very disappointed they are unwilling to work with me.
