Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

Do not order pickup at this place. even if they plan a pick-up time, they will not adhere to the scheduled date. they will prioritize the purchases in the load. my friend went to pick up the order and tried to stand in to see if they would make time for our order that we planned 20 minutes before, but they wouldn't. that doesn't make any sense, and our food was in the car and I already paid online so I couldn't cancel the order. I'm going to other Chipotle locations and pickup orders have never been a problem. it doesn't matter to wait up to 15 minutes after a scheduled time, but my friend waited 30 minutes after the scheduled time. it took 50 minutes to make 2 burritos. not sure why they couldn't do ours if we waited in the business in mind (what we don't have to). as always, if they order from this place, they simply go personally. Maybe my pick-up experience wasn't the norm, but I don't risk it again.

This is my usual chipotle, but this time I found a light brown curly hair. it is not my bc mine is just long and dark brown

Good food, I always go to order. with the time, an important factor in my life something I can always count on.

I do not expect much service if I order my food from a pass-dru food line, but on a minimum it would be nice to order more than one person who works the service line if there are 5-6 people trying to order. isn't it because of personal lack? there were at least 3 employees standing behind the register all the time I waited. a girl who works the register stares at the girl who does the work that makes the command. a guy who cuts up meat asked the girl? do you need help? it looks like you need help? I'll find someone to help you.? (Doesn?t go everywhere) what looked like to be the manager, spoke on the phone and went by, a few times, saw the line of people and a person serving. chipotle has in the rule my ?go too? rupture because this is always consistent? not today at this place. grilled vegetables.? raw! reis? understated and hard. Garlicsteak.? cold as ice. At least the cheese and acidic saws had no problems. after seeing some of the last reviews others seem to have had the same experience. owners should really start looking in all asking here.

15-20 minute wait, staff is horrible. Beyond small portions, no professionalism. Manager ? NO WHERE TO BE FOUND ?!!? HORRIBLE SERVICE. Cold food being served.
