The manager was extremely rude when I asked him to fix my order. Then he purposely didn’t give me the rest of my items. The turkey tasted expired and dry. Please work on hiring better staff. I won’t be returning. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I did not order anything because customer service was poor. I have not experience any others that way. I deserve a free lunch for that. Communication is bad.

Food was good.. but someone has lost their mind!! The private room that is very nice, now has a fee of $150 first hour, $100 each hour there after. WHAT?? Its a room people... plus we are buying all our food.. Well because of your ARROGANCE you have lost a very loyal customer. My family used to meet here and stayed for two hours and bought $200 worth of food.. that is doable but $200 for food and $350 for the room.. NOPE. Going to LaMadeline, instead!! Bye bye!!!
